Brady Cheevers
Youth of the Year
Brady is a dedicated and impactful leader within the Arlington community, whose lifelong connection to the Arlington Boys & Girls Club has shaped his commitment to service and mentorship. A proud “Club Kid” since the age of six, Brady has grown from an energetic participant into a trusted role model, embodying the Club’s mission that “Great Futures Start Here.”
As a volunteer, Brady has become a beloved presence across Club programs, working with youth of all ages and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. What began as a way to fulfill a high school requirement quickly evolved into a genuine passion for giving back to the community that helped shape him. His volunteer role turned into a Junior Staff position where he continues to serve as a leader and role model to his peers. As he prepares to graduate and pursue exciting college opportunities, Brady leaves a lasting impact on the Arlington Boys & Girls Club and the many young people who look up to him.
Ella Irwin
Youth Service Award
Ella is a dedicated young leader in the Arlington community with a strong commitment to service and mentorship. She serves as a Junior Staff member at the Arlington Boys & Girls Club and has expanded the Arlington Mentor Program at Arlington High School to four elementary schools, supporting younger students’ growth and confidence. Ella also leads Scoopermania, an annual fundraiser benefiting the Jimmy Fund. Her service includes involvement in Bridge Builders, Relay for Life, Best Buddies, and the National World Language Honor Society, along with volunteering as a camp counselor, supporting the Dallin Elementary School picnic, and interning at Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness. Ella stands out for her consistent kindness, leadership, and genuine drive to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Arianna Lindgren
Youth Service Award
Arianna Lindgren is a student leader whose service focuses on inclusion, equity, and expanding opportunities for youth in sports and her community. She has supported the Special Olympics of Massachusetts through fundraising efforts like the Polar Plunge and by volunteering at tennis events and TOPSoccer programs. As founder of EQUIP!, she leads a student organization that collects and redistributes gently used sports equipment to under-resourced youth programs, including a partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn. She is also launching the Equal Access Sports Foundation, which aims to provide girls’ basketballs to Boys & Girls Clubs across Massachusetts to support greater access and participation in athletics. In addition, Arianna volunteers at My Brother’s Table in Lynn, consistently demonstrating compassion, leadership, and initiative in all she does.
Vinayak Hosagrahara
George P. Faulkner Annual Citizen Award for Outstanding Service to Youth
Vinayak is a dedicated volunteer who has made a lasting impact on youth through his service with the Arlington Boys & Girls Club and Scouting America. For over a decade, he has served as a coach for the ABGC Dolphins swim team, mentoring more than 100 swimmers each season and playing a key role in practices and competitions.
