FAQS

Here are answers to some common registration questions. 

  • How do I register?

    You can register for membership online or at the front desk. When setting up your account online, you should include all family members starting with the primary guardian. Once your account is set-up click "Home" and then select "Memberships."

    Once you are a member, you can register for classes online, over the phone, or at the front desk during the designated dates and times for each registration period. 

  • How do I pay?

    Payment by check, cash or credit card is due in full at the time of registration.

    3. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for classes or memberships

  • How do I use the ONLINE registration?

    The Club online registration system is called "Webtrac", which can be reached by using the Register Online button above

    1. Log-in with your username and password.
    2. To purchase or renew a membership click “Shop” in the top border, then click “Pass Registration” or “Pass Renewal” from the drop-down menu.
    3. To register for an activity click “Shop” in the top border, then click “Activity Enrollment” from the drop-down menu. You can also browse activities by clicking on the various photos on the Webtrac homepage.

  • I'm already a club member do I have a web account?

    Yes! If you are already a Club member you have an online account. If you do not know your username and/or password please call 781-648-1617 and we can email you a link to reset this information.

  • Any other registration Information I should be aware of?

    • Club membership must be current throughout the program to register. No notification will be given unless class is cancelled or is full.
    • Classes may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. Fees will be returned.
    • There are no make-up classes or refunds for cancellation or absences, weather, mechanical failure or business interruption.
    • No REFUNDS or Credits for classes or memberships.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    There are no make-up classes or refunds for cancellation or absences, weather*, mechanical failure or business interruption. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes or memberships. 


    *Unless a rain date is included in the schedule.

Registration Tips

To make the registration process go smoothly
  • Children MUST have an active membership during the program they are registering for. Renew your membership AHEAD of time, if needed, to ease the registration process. *Remember memberships renew from the expiration date, so you will not lose time by renewing early.


  • Members, make sure you know your username and password before registration opens online.


  • Members can log on before registration opens; however, all classes will be listed as "unavailable" and will NOT be "available" until registration opens. Once registration opens, members can add classes to their shopping cart. Depending on website traffic, you may be placed into a virtual waiting room prior to the start of registration.


  • Know what classes you want to register for prior to logging on. If you type in the activity code in webtrac under "Shop" "Activity Enrollment" this is the easiest way to sign up for classes. The activity code is 6 numbers. Do not include the section when searching.


  • Age is calculated based on the start date of the class. We can provide an age override if a child is turning the appropriate age for a class within two weeks of the start date. The computer will NOT allow you to register online. You must call to have an override for the age restriction. You can call during the online registration period.
