FAQS

Here are answers to some common registration questions. 

  • How do I register?

    You can register online or over the phone at 781-648-1617. There will be designated dates and times for each registration period. 

  • How do I pay?

    Payment by check, cash or credit card is due in full at the time of registration.

    1. Make checks payable to Arlington Boys & Girls Club.

    2. Financial assistance is available - email Gina at gduddy@abgclub.org

    3. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for classes or memberships.

  • How do I use the ONLINE registration?

    The Club online registration system is called "Webtrac", which can be reached by using the Register Online button above 

    1. Log-in with your username and password.
    2. To purchase or renew a membership click “Shop” in the top border, then click “Pass Registration” or “Pass Renewal” from the drop-down menu.
    3. To register for an activity click “Shop” in the top border, thenclick “Activity Enrollment” from the drop-down menu.
    4. You can also browse activities by clicking on the various photos on registration website.

    Please Note: if you are already a club member, you already have a web account with a username and password - call us to find out what it is. If you have forgotten your username/password call us at 781-648-1617 and we will email it to you.

  • I'm already a club member do I have a web account?

    Yes!  if you are already a club member, you already have a web account with a username and password.  Just call us to find out what it is. If you have forgotten your username/password call us at 781-648-1617 and we will email it to you.

  • Any other registration Information I should be aware of?

    • Club membership must be current throughout the program to register. No notification will be given unless class is cancelled or is full.
    • Classes may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. Fees will be returned.
    • There are no make-up classes or refunds for cancellation or absences, weather, mechanical failure or business interruption.
    • No REFUNDS or Credits for classes or memberships.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    There are no make-up classes or refunds for cancellation or absences, weather*, mechanical failure or business interruption. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes or memberships. 


    *Unless a rain date is included in the schedule.
